Terms of service

• The accommodations are fully equipped for full rental. Linens will be changed every 3 days by our cleaning service.

• The daily cleaning service in the treehouses does not include kitchenware items. The cleaning of cutlery, glassware and tableware is the responsibility of the guests.
• When booking the entire accommodation, dish soap is not included in the kitchen and the bathrooms do not include hygiene or cosmetic products except shower gel, shampoo, hairdryer, toilet paper and a set of towels that our cleaning team will be in charge of replacing.
• The treehouses are equipped with a kitchen that includes basic items. Although the kitchenware includes a small frying pan, please do not cook fried foods that give off strong odours to prevent them from seeping into the porous wood. Please use the extractor hood when cooking to avoid odours.
• All treehouses are equipped with climate control systems. You can also enjoy the natural fire in the wood burning fireplace. The firewood kit to use the fireplace is € 9. The fireplaces are energy-efficient; they have an eco-filter that only allows the use of natural firewood without additives. This service is available from October 1 through May 1.
• If you also plan on using the barbecue for cooking, we suggest you bring a bag of charcoal.

The cleaning schedule is from 12 p.m. to 3 p.m. If you do not want the cleaning service done, hang the sign on the handle outside your door.

Due to the situation caused by COVID-19, client cleaning will only be done for stays of more than 3 nights. Lingerie changes will be made every 3 nights.

The breakfast schedule is from 9:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. (advanced booking required).
In Cabanas de Albeida, Broña, Sen Barreiras and Apriscos, the breakfast is served at 10:00h

HOT WATER

• When you arrive, you will have 450 litres of water at 55 degrees Celsius at your disposal from a hot water heater.

• To use the Jacuzzi you have to mix hot and cold water in the hot tub until you achieve an ideal bath temperature and let the water level rise 3 or 4 centimetres above the jets. The tub has a built-in device that maintains the temperature of the water to up to 40 degrees Celsius during the bath.
• Read the hydromassage instructions before entering the water.
• When you step into the water, the level will rise to the overflow outlet. Then readjust the temperature to your liking by adding hot or cold water as needed and turn off the tap.
• If you have followed these instructions, you will have used between 350 and 400 litres of hot water from the hot water heater.

FIREPLACE

• The treehouses are built with a high level of thermal insulation, so it is advisable to use the fireplace moderately in order to avoid overheating.

• During the time that the fireplace is lit, it is imperative to have the curtain of the window behind it up.
• Be especially careful when opening and closing the door when adding firewood to the fire. Glass at a high temperature is broken more easily, so we suggest you avoid slamming doors.
• Place the firewood inside the fireplace, separating it as much as possible from the glass.
• Avoid touching the metal sheet and the pipe of the fireplace to avoid burns.
• If an ember falls out, allow it to extinguish itself on the protective metal sheet that surrounds the fireplace and remove it once it is completely extinguished.
• There is a fire extinguisher in the cleaning room. Use it only when strictly necessary.

TOWELS - Detergents are an important factor in water pollution.

• If you think you can use your towels one more day, please place them in the hangers, otherwise, leave them in the bathtub and we will change them.

Your pet can stay with you in your room for an additional fee of € 11/night and following these instructions:

• The pet must have his/her carrier, or you can bring his/her bed or blanket where he/she usually sleeps so that he/she feels at home, and of course, does not use the beds.

• He/she will not be able to stay alone in the room when the owners go on a field trip.
• Their owners are responsible for any harm suffered by the pet from biting cables or other incidents, and also for the damages he/she may cause.
