Once you have checked our occupancy calendar and verified the availability for the dates of your stay, you can book online by selecting the desired lodging, the check-in and check-out dates, the selected room, the number of guests and making the down payment with your credit/debit card or via bank transfer.
You can call us at +34 981 850 903 / +34 981 851 009 (09 a.m. - 11 p.m.) and we will assist you in person. We will explain to you how to proceed to complete the booking and we will send you the proof of payment and the confirmation of your booking via e-mail. If you prefer, we can send a pre-booking form to your e-mail stating the amount and the bank details, so that you can deposit or transfer 40% of the total amount of the booked services within the following 72 hours. We will confirm your deposit by sending a booking form to your e-mail.
Acceptance of the booking validates and assumes the general terms and conditions specified below. Cancellation of the booking will be subject to the following deduction percentages:
50% if the booking is cancelled anywhere between 15 and 7 days before the check-in date.
100% when cancelled 7 days or less before the check-in date.
The special rates for "Green Days" and other offers published on this website, will be applicable for the accommodations and dates specified in said offers. To book at Casa Perfeuto María and Cabana de Carmen, check the information on rates and the calendar of "Green Days."
The customer commits to the full payment of the booked days by paying the rest of the stay upon arrival or when departing, after verifying proper functioning of the facilities. In case of cancellation or early departure, the customer loses the total amount of the down payment made for the reservation.
To make a reservation, you must be at least 18 years old. The hotel can deny admission to clients traveling together if there is not at least one adult who is 18 years old.
